Our training programme  

The training courses are prepared by experts who have been working in the welding profession for years. Each technique is professionally presented and described. We train in all welding methods, so that the trainee has a broad knowledge and strong skills. During the practical part of the course, our staff helps the trainees to become fluent and confident in their work. We are trusted by dozens of customers who have found employment in the welding industry fresh from the course. The theoretical part of the training is conducted through exercises in pairs and groups and discussions.  

During the theoretical part of the course students will gain knowledge of:  

  • regulatory information,  
  • the construction of the various components used in a welder's work, 
  • all welding methods, 
  • the use of particular welding methods. 

Training venue  

Training takes place at our training centre or at the customer's premises. For companies and organised groups, we have prepared special courses with the theoretical part online conducted in real time. The practical part is always conducted in a practice hall belonging to the premises.

What is the purpose of our training?  

The aim of our courses on entitlements welding is to prepare participants comprehensively and reliably for work as a welder in Poland and the European Union. During the training, trainees will learn about the applications of the most modern welding methods, learning on professional machines. Our course is dedicated to those wishing to start a career as a welder. We also invite people who have a welder's booklet to the training courses so that they can update their knowledge and skills.  

What are the requirements for taking the course and exam?  

  • at least 18 years of age,  
  • at least primary education,  
  • a medical certificate stating that you are fit to work as a welder. 

Exam  

After completing the course, each student passes a theoretical and practical exam. After passing both parts of the exam, the candidates receive a welder's booklet or an entry in an existing booklet signed by the Welding Institute in Gliwice and an EN 287 - 1 certificate. We also have exams which end with receiving a UDT, TUV or DNV welder's certificate.  

Everything you need to know about welding  

Welding is the joining of fusible materials - mainly metals and their alloys. This process is carried out by melting the edges of the parts to be joined. We distinguish between such welding methods as:  

MIG/MAG welding
  • gas welding, 
  • covered electrode welding, 
  • gas-shielded non-fusible electrode welding, 
  • MIG/MAG welding, 
  • submerged arc welding,  
  • gas-shielded welding.  

We train in all welding methods with a view to comprehensively preparing future welders for the workplace. Professional knowledge of all welding techniques ensures quick employment due to the versatile and rare skills. The welding profession is in demand on the labour market.
