cranesERGON Personnel Training Center invites you to take advantage of the offer as part of the training for operators and maintenance of mobile cranes!

Mobile cranes are materials handling equipment (UTB) that require appropriate qualifications for their operation and maintenance. Having the right preparation in this area allows for the proper operation of the devices in accordance with the requirements of the Office of Technical Inspection.

Our ERGON Center invites you to take advantage of the offer of courses for people working with mobile cranes. Classes conducted by us include the theoretical and practical part, providing participants with a wide range of information needed to obtain the appropriate permissions.

During the training sessions, the following topics are discussed: the following topics:

  • cranestechnical supervision for mobile cranes, incl entitlements required for their operation and maintenance
  • general information about mobile cranes - types of cranes (road, road-all-terrain, yard, all-terrain, with an extendable boom, telescopic, fixed-length), crane protections, operating parameters and others
  • mobile crane mechanisms - lifting, rotation, tilt, telescopic boom mechanism
  • types of slings used for mobile cranes - rope, chain slings
  • stability in the correct operation of the mobile crane
  • principles of operation of mobile cranes - duties of the crane operator
  • principles of maintenance of mobile cranes - duties of the crane's conservator
  • Health and Safety and first aid when operating mobile cranes

The duration of study is from 10 to 20 teaching hours with the UDT exam for equipment operators and from 38 to 68 teaching hours with the UDT exam for equipment maintenance technicians.

If necessary, the ERGON Center can adjust the scope of lessons to individual customer requirements.
