Each of these models has different variants and attachments, giving the machine a wider range of applications. Depending on the design, there are two types of forklift models:

  • frontal - where the operator's cab is stationary, the lifting capacity varies between 1.5 and 20 tonnes and the maximum reach is 20 metres.
  • Rotary - with a swivel head so the operator's cab can rotate, allowing the boom to be repositioned 360 degrees. Lifting capacity between 3 and 5 tonnes, with a maximum outreach of 30 metres.

Training for operators

To obtain entitlements to be an operator, you need to undergo training, offered by our company. The scope of the course is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. During the training course, each participant learns about the technical data of the equipment, operating information, regulations Health and Safety related to working with these machines and learns how to operate loaders in practice.
The whole course is completed with an exam passed before a UDT commission, the positive result of which guarantees the receipt of a certificate authorising work with telescopic handlers. The authorisations are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

Requirements to be met by any future forklift operator to take the training and exam

You should have:

  • at least 18 years of age,
  • at least a basic education,
  • no health objections.

Training for maintenance workers

As for the operator, courses for the maintenance technician consist of a theoretical and a practical part. Our training courses follow a programme approved by the UDT commission, before which an examination is then taken.

Our students:

  • learn the most important information about technical supervision,
  • familiarise themselves with the instructions and documentation of the forklift trucks,
  • on trolley-related standards and technical supervision conditions,
  • about health and safety regulations in this position,
  • learn about the construction of telehandlers,
  • learn about the operation, maintenance and cleaning plan.
