Due to the nature of the work during the operation of mobile lifts, they are subject to faults. Our qualified team is happy to solve any problem. Our service technicians undergo a number of training courses each year to improve their skills in order to guarantee you the highest quality of repair and maintenance services.
Scope of work
When we receive a repair and maintenance order for your scissor lift, our team of professionals prepares to carry out a fixed scope of work. This includes: complete diagnostics, modification and replacement of parts if required. Service technicians strive to complete the work as quickly as possible, as punctuality is important to us.
Types of lifts supported in the service
Lift machinery is divided by the use of different drives in the machines. ERGON services all three types of equipment. We have service technicians who specialise in a particular type of lift machine - this allows us to afford an in-depth diagnosis of the problem.
Our service supports lifts:

Using the expertise of our staff and specialised diagnostic tools, we are able to repair: electrical and hydraulic components, electronic components.

Parts warehouse
The ERGON service uses parts only from well-known and trusted companies. This ensures a guarantee of a successful repair. We have an in-house second-hand parts exchange, but when necessary we import any parts to order.
UDT registration
We have decided to meet our customers' expectations and guide them through the UDT registration process. Under its supervision, we maintain the technical documentation of machines in accordance with the requirements of technical supervision. We provide assistance during the entire registration process. Each piece of equipment undergoes a periodic test and inspection on request before leaving the site.
Mobile service
Unexpected breakdowns and faults can happen any day, at any time. That is why we have decided to offer customers stationary and mobile services in the workshop. If necessary, we provide rapid service intervention with on-site travel. Faults can be initially diagnosed on site or transported to our service facilities. Most problems can be solved without transporting the unit.
Service branches
Our main branch is located in Warsaw, but we provide services throughout Poland. We offer a service of conducting the service at a location designated by the client.
