UDT TRAINING FOR MOBILE PLATFORMS
Maintenance or operator's certificate for mast lifts
The Personnel Improvement Centre ERGON, is a training company that has been operating on the Polish market for several years. We offer courses for those wishing to broaden their qualifications in the operation and maintenance of mobile platforms. The ability to use this equipment is increasingly required in many industries. Enrolling on a course and gaining qualifications certified by the Office of Technical Inspection will allow you to develop your career and find a well-paid job. Our training courses address the practical issues of operating scissor lifts or basket lifts, among others. Our experienced staff make every effort to meet the expectations of every trainee.
Course of training
Training for future operators is divided into two stages:
- Theoretical classes - in which the trainees learn the material required by the UDT,
- Practical classes - during which trainees acquire the manual skills to operate the equipment safely.
We run the following courses:
- course for stationary mobile platforms,
- masted mobile platforms course (allows you to drive masted and stationary mobile platforms),
- Hanging mobile platforms course (allows you to drive suspended and stationary mobile platforms),
- course for mobile platforms,
- course on railway vehicles.
Post-course work
Escalators are used in many industries. A person with a qualification, confirmed by the required certificate, can work, among other things:
- in warehouses,
- large shopping centres,
- production facilities,
- performing assembly work,
- performing work on the tracks,
- on construction sites,
- in the exhibition industry.
Escalators - brief characteristics
These devices are a particular type of crane. They are used to transport people or loads to a certain height, using a gondola or platform that is lifted on a crane or suspended from a linkage. The movement can be performed both vertically and horizontally. There is a distinction between self-propelled, i.e. moving platforms (they can be attached to a vehicle) and stationary, i.e. non-moving platforms. Each of these must pass a technical inspection in order to be allowed to work.
Types of permissions
People working on mobile platforms can have two types of authorisation:
- for conservation - needed to carry out conservation work,
- for service - needed for driver and operator positions.
However, it should be noted that one person can have both types of authority.
Conditions for taking the training and examination:
- minimum 18 years,
- a communicative knowledge of Polish, both spoken and written,
- completion of at least primary school,
- a medical certificate, certifying that there are no health conditions for operating mechanical equipment,
- payment of the course and examination fees.
