Telescopic loaders are devices that are widely used in reloading work, which are used at many workplaces. Operation of this type of device requires appropriate permissions. They are also needed at the maintenance stand of telescopic loaders.

ODK ERGON invites you to take advantage of the offer in the field of operation and maintenance of telescopic loaders. Our classes include a full range of theoretical information as well as practical exercises related to the above-mentioned devices. We solidly prepare our students to take the exams!

During the training sessions, the following topics are discussed: the following topics:

  • technical inspection regulations for telescopic loaders, incl entitlements necessary for their operation, documentation of devices
  • general characteristics and construction of specialized forklift trucks with variable outreach, the so-called telescopic loaders - boom, engine, electrical system, brake system, hydraulic system
  • operation of specialized forklift trucks with variable reach of telescopic loaders - technologies for carrying out works with the use of telescopic loaders, including types of work equipment
  • maintenance of selected specialized forklift trucks with variable reach - telescopic loaders, including maintenance of the boom, internal combustion engine, electrical installation, braking system, hydraulic system
  • repairs of selected telescopic loaders
  • Health and Safety and health and safety at work with telehandlers

The duration of classes for operators and maintenance technicians of telescopic loaders ranges from 10 to 35 didactic hours in the field of operation and 38-48 didactic hours in the field of maintenance, including the UDT exam.
