Did you know that the free choice of work, is also guaranteed thanks to it? Furthermore, it is the law that determines the minimum wage we can receive.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What, according to the law, does the employer have to do?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Above all, regardless of all factors, an employer must respect the dignity and other personal rights of its employees. Aspects of Occupational Health and Safety, including training in this area, are also the responsibility of the employer.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Often in job advertisements you can read about 'opportunities for development in our company' and, contrary to appearances, this is true, as one of the employer's obligations is to provide employees with opportunities to improve their professional skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most important obligation of an employer is the equal treatment of all employees with regard to the establishment and termination of employment relationships, terms and conditions of employment, promotion and access to training to improve professional qualifications regardless of gender, age, disability, union membership, ethnic origin, religion or sexual orientation - all this is ensured by Article 18 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the capabilities of the employee?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kursy-udt.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/s2-2023-05-15T181520.272.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kursy-udt.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/s2-2023-05-15T181520.272-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"employee capabilities \" class=\"wp-image-5919\" width=\"512\" height=\"342\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kursy-udt.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/s2-2023-05-15T181520.272-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/kursy-udt.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/s2-2023-05-15T181520.272-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kursy-udt.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/s2-2023-05-15T181520.272-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/kursy-udt.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/s2-2023-05-15T181520.272-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/kursy-udt.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/s2-2023-05-15T181520.272-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/kursy-udt.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/s2-2023-05-15T181520.272-624x416.jpg 624w, https:\/\/kursy-udt.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/s2-2023-05-15T181520.272.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Employees have the right to equal treatment of both male and female employees.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the basic and obvious right to remuneration, an employee also has the right to rest. This is ensured by the regulations on working time and days off and on annual leave.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The employee is free to participate in the management of the workplace, subject, of course, to predefined rules.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These rights, and many more, can be found in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and in the Labour Law Code. Czy wiesz, \u017ce swobodny wyb\u00f3r pracy, r\u00f3wnie\u017c jest dzi\u0119ki niej zagwarantowany? Ponadto, to w\u0142a\u015bnie prawo okre\u015bla minimalne wynagrodzenie, jakie mo\u017cemy otrzymywa\u0107.&nbsp;&nbsp; Co, wed\u0142ug prawa, obowi\u0105zuje pracodawc\u0119?&nbsp;&nbsp; Przede wszystkim, niezale\u017cnie od wszystkich czynnik\u00f3w, pracodawca musi szanowa\u0107 godno\u015b\u0107 i inne dobra osobiste swoich pracownik\u00f3w. Aspekty Bezpiecze\u0144stwa i Higieny Pracy, w tym szkolenie z tego zakresu, r\u00f3wnie\u017c nale\u017cy do obowi\u0105zk\u00f3w pracodawcy.&nbsp;&nbsp; Cz\u0119sto w og\u0142oszeniach o prac\u0119 mo\u017cna przeczyta\u0107 o \u201emo\u017cliwo\u015bci rozwoju w naszej firmie\u201d i wbrew pozorom jest to prawda, poniewa\u017c jednym z obowi\u0105zk\u00f3w pracodawcy jest zapewnienie pracownikom mo\u017cliwo\u015bci podnoszenia swoich kwalifikacji zawodowych.&nbsp;&nbsp; Najwa\u017cniejszym obowi\u0105zkiem pracodawcy jest r\u00f3wne traktowanie wszystkich pracownik\u00f3w w zakresie nawi\u0105zywania i rozwi\u0105zywania stosunk\u00f3w pracy, warunk\u00f3w zatrudnienia, awansowania oraz dost\u0119pu do szkolenia w celu podniesienia kwalifikacji zawodowych bez wzgl\u0119du na p\u0142e\u0107, wiek, niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015b\u0107, przynale\u017cno\u015b\u0107 zwi\u0105zkow\u0105, pochodzenie etniczne, wyznanie czy orientacj\u0119 seksualn\u0105 \u2013 to wszystko zapewnia Artyku\u0142 18.
