Flange connections - key information <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A flange connection is two opposing coaxial flanges joined by at least four bolts. Usually there is a gasket between them, but there are exceptions to this rule they are detachable, and as they are a very important part of any pressure equipment and\/or installation, they must be assembled by certified personnel according to the requirements of the PED - European Pressure Directive, and according to the UDT regulation - EN 1591-4.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What will you learn on our course? As an introduction, you will learn about safety issues, Health and Safety<\/a>the recognition of faults and their causes, preparation of the sealing surface.   • What triggers a loss of connection load and what are the consequences?  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Functionality of seals - what should you know about it? <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
